Billing
Trials, invoices, payment methods and cancellation.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin, and we email you two days before the trial ends.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
Invoices and receipts
Download invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoices. Add a VAT/GST number and billing address to have them included on future invoices.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry for 7 days and email you. Access continues during the retry window; after that the account becomes read-only until payment succeeds.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues to the end of the current period. There are no cancellation fees.
